You must have it on hand because if the blood is already set (solutions for this dilemma is found below), the situation can be more challenging.   • For dried out blood stains, a very special enzyme cleaner will work. You can try the following solutions but may need to repeat if a few more times.
  • If you want a home-made option, a mixture of vinegar and baking soda is an ever dependable solution. Leave it there for thirty minutes. Apply it directly using a clean cloth. Then, apply cold water until it is fully removed. Of course, vinegar can leave a horrible smell.
  • Combine a tablespoon of liquid detergent, a tablespoon of salt, and a half cup of hydrogen peroxide together. Place the mixture and have it dry for thirty minutes. Use a spatula and spoon to remove it. For a final touch, apply more hydrogen peroxide to the blood stain until it is fully removed.
  • For period stains on the mattress, use soda to remove the sheets. It has carbonic acid and phosphoric acid to remove the stain. Pour in a whole can into the washing machine, along with the sheets.

How To Remove Urine Stain From The Mattress

  • Once all is dry, use a vacuum to remove all the baking soda powder and leave the mattress in an area with proper circulation to get rid of the bad odor completely. Leave it there for a few hours.

  • Scrape the oil that has dried out. Use a paper towel for those that are still fresh.
  • Place some baking soda directly and generously on top of the affected area. Cover it well. Let the baking soda stay on the area for no more than 20 minutes.
  • Get rid of the baking soda using a vacuum cleaner.
  • On a clean white cloth, add a bit of dry cleaning solvent and wipe away the area.
  • Blot the area with a dry cloth. Ensure that the dry cleaning solvent is fully dried. Repeat the application of a dry cleaning solvent and remove by blotting some cloth a few times.
